Kevin Love will miss the second half of Sunday’s game with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Back spasms have been an issue for the All-Star power forward of late, and it was clearly effecting him. In 12 first half minutes, Love was 0-4 from the field and 1-2 from the free throw line. He did notch eight rebounds, but seemed to be having trouble with mobility. The All-Star break is coming up, though Love will be a part of the festivities. Without much depth in the frontcourt, the Cavs have needed the production he’s provided.
We’ll keep you updated on the injury, and hopefully the Cavs can carve out time for Love to rest. James Jones started the second half in his place.
