On Wednesday’s morning, Isaiah Thomas and The Player’s Tribune released the third chapter of the Book of Isaiah II.

“If I could do it over again, I probably wouldn’t have played,” Thomas says in the video, “just because I made my injury that much worse. But at the same time, in that moment, there was no other option. I was going to play until the end and I literally did that.”

This edition offers a look at Thomas’ exit meeting with the Celtics, switching trainers in Boston when he was still with the Celtics with all of the drama surrounding his injury and the team firing longtime staff members.

Another cool moment from the video: One of Thomas’ sons is asked who his favorite players are and he names LeBron James as his second favorite player after his dad. Thomas also says that this the longest it’s been since he has played basketball, and that his return is “coming soon.”
