The Cleveland Cavaliers are currently 4-6 and struggling to find an identity this season. They are dealing with issues on both sides of the ball, with their many new pieces and as simple things as effort.

According to coach Tyronn Lue, the way to fix it is to keep talking about. He also says that the team is embarrassed about how its’ played.

“Have to keep showing film and continue to keep talking about it,” head coach Tyronn Lue said after practice Monday, per cleveland.com. “Make sure we're aware of it and I think guys are embarrassed and should be embarrassed of how we're getting beat.”

Lue also said that the Cavs can’t flip the switch like they have in years past because of the many new faces.

“We're a different team, so I hope not,” Lue said, per cleveland.com. “It's not the same team we've had over the last three years. We have a lot of new faces, a lot of new pieces, a lot of guys out, so we can't have that approach. Every night we step out on the floor, we have to be ready to play.”

This is similar to what Lue has been saying after games and in recent practices. So far, it hasn’t yielded any real changes, as the Cavs are still struggling to find their rhythm and are losing to lesser teams. What remains to be seen is when exactly the Cavs will starting playing with more effort and focus. Being embarrassed would seem to be a good time to start doing so.
