LeBron James will Monday night against the Milwaukee Bucks, according to Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue. James missed Saturday’s game against the Chicago Bulls due to strep throat and was listed as questionable earlier today.
The Cavs are 4-19 without James since the start of the 2014-15 season. He has missed four games this season.
Additionally, Lue said that forward Kyle Korver will play. Korver was listened as questionable on the team’s injury report due to a sore right knee. He hurt his knee Saturday against the Bulls in the second half.
Lue also said that guard Deron Williams will not be active against the Bucks and the team’s expectation is that the veteran guard will make his debut Wednesday when the Cavs face the Boston Celtics at the start of a three-game road trip. His signing is expected to be announced at any moment.
The Cavs and Bucks tipoff at 7 p.m. With a win, Cleveland will finish with a 10-2 record in February.
