Here's today's Fear the Newsletter, where we will always try to set you up like Kyrie passing to LeBron off the glass.
TALK TO ME: The Cavs were absolutely wrecked by the Spurs. It was not pretty.
In injury news, Kyle Korver first was ruled out for Monday's game before being ruled out for the rest of the week. And it's the same issue that recently caused him to miss seven games.
LEGEND HAS IT: The Cavs are off today as part of a short break before Thursday's game against the Bulls. This is a needed day of rest for a team that has had a very busy month.
ALL DUE RESPECT: Raptors 131, Magic 112. Jazz 108, Pelicans 100. The Celtics, Clippers, Warriors, Rockets and Wizards all had the night off.
The Cavs are now half a game behind the Celtics, two games up on the Wizards and and 2.5 games up on the Raptors.
JOB WELL DONE: At least LeBron dunked on someone last night.
Also: Subscribe to the Locked on Cavaliers podcast. Today's show covers the Cavs' game against the Spurs. There's also a fun giveaway that just started.
CROWN: The Columbus Dispatch has a long look up at Ohio coal miners. FanRag's Zach Harper on the importance of Kevin Love. This old New Yorker feature on Headspace is worth a few reads. BR's Doug Farrar took a long look a Colin Kaepernick's quarterback skills. And the Atlantic has a cool story on black holes being the source of cosmic creation.
That's it for today. Drop your questions, comments and concerns to christopherwmanning@gmail.com and we'll talk again tomorrow.
