WATCH: J.R. Smith is already taking heat checks

And he capped it off with a celebration.

On his first shot of Monday’s Game 1 against the Raptors, J.R. Smith was already in heat check mode.

Classic J.R. here. He gets bumped, almost falls down, catches the pass and just fires from well beyond the three-point line. J.R. swish indeed.

And, because he’s J.R. Smith, he celebrated after in classic J.R Smith fashion.
