With the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Game 5 win against the Boston Celtics, the Cavs are set to face the Golden State Warriors for the third straight year in the NBA Finals.
Because the Cavs are the lower seed, they will open up the series on the road next Thursday in Oakland. Cleveland will host Golden State three times in Games 3, 4 and 6, with six being necessary only if the series lasts that long.
Here’s the full series schedule:

This is the rematch everyone has been waiting for. There’s the drama from last year’s Finals where Cleveland came back from 3-1. Kevin Durant adds a new dimension to the rivalry even is some say his decision to sign with the Dubs has made the NBA boring. Two-time ex-Cavs coach Mike Brown is coaching the Warriors with Steve Kerr dealing with some health issues. You have Draymond Green saying he wants to annihilate the Cavs, And this is the first time ever two teams have faced each other in three consecutive finals.
This is going to be awesome. Who’s ready?
