Draymond Green has been the perfect villain for this Cavaliers-Warriors rivalry and nearly was ejected from this game under confusing circumstances after getting what appeared to be his second technical.

Cavaliers fans showered Green with a “Draymond sucks” chant during the Cavaliers 137-116 victory in Game 4, but he didn’t seem all that perturbed during the game, even bobbing his head along.

After the game, Dray went full Joakim Noah, taking a shot at the city of Cleveland.

Draymond on crowd: "I don't pay that much attention to anybody in Cleveland, honestly. They don't seem to be the sharpest people around."

While this will have plenty of Clevelanders foaming at the mouth, I can’t help but love it. Draymond is an essential ingredient to what makes this rivalry so damn good, and it goes to show you how important that these two teams can keep it close in the coming years to catch the Lakers-Celtics rivalry of the 80s.

There is only room for this tension if the series is competitive. So far, these Finals have mostly been lacking in fire; it required a counter punch before the drama could begin.

It’s late in the fight, but the Cavaliers have finally hit back. Even if we might not get to see another Game 7, I’ll be happy to settle for Game 7-level theatrics.
