Wade certainly seems excited about reuniting with James and what it could yield.

Both LeBron James and Dwyane Wade understandably seem excited about teaming up again. According to Wade, the reformed partnership is like an iconic sandwich.

"We're just ... it's like peanut butter and jelly, man," Wade said on Friday, per ESPN. "We just go together.”

Wade has only practiced with the Cavs a few times, but there’s a definite positive vibe surrounding the two, and the team. They can’t seem to believe that they’re playing together again. Wade even said “no” when asked if he thought he would ever reunite with LeBron.

When Wade was interviewed by ESPN, James crashed the interview to needle his friend. This duo brings a certain levity to the Cavs this year that may have been missing in years past.

On the court, Wade’s exact role still has to be determined. But whether he starts or comes off the bench, he seems excited to be in Cleveland and reunited with LeBron.

"Once I got the opportunity to get the buyout, I looked around and I was flattered by the teams that reached out, but at the end of the day, this is where I wanted to be, this is where I felt I should be from a basketball perspective to come in and be a part of this," Wade said, per ESPN. "This team right here from top to bottom is one of the most talented teams I've been on. Just happy to come and to be able to add whatever I can to this group."
