Things are fine dot gif.
Per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Cavs the had an “emotional team meeting” before practice on Monday where “several players” openly questioned whether or not Kevin Love was actually sick when he left Saturday’s game against the Thunder after three minutes:

In a follow-up tweet, Wojnarnowski stated that Love defended himself to the entire organization and that it appeared some issues had been worked out, but it still remains to be seen what the state of the Cavs is:
In a locker room increasingly full of finger-pointing, Love defended himself and explained his side to teammates, coaches and management, sources said. At end of meeting, there was a sense with some that team had worked out some issues, but that ultimately remains to be seen.

It’s unclear who exactly who challenged Love or any other details about this meeting. What this report speaks to is that this is a team dealing with a number of issues at the moment. Per Wojnarowski, Cavs players were mad Love left the arena after being sick and the meeting only calmed down when Love addressed the players. Both GM Koby Altman and coach Tyronn Lue were in attendance for the meeting.
The Cavs next play tomorrow, so we’ll see if, and how, the team addresses the latest drama.
