According to Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue, guard Dwyane Wade is expected to return to the team Tuesday in Detroit when the Cavs face the Pistons. Wade is currently away from the team due to the death of his agent, Henry Thomas. He will miss his second consecutive game on Sunday against the Pistons.

With Wade still out, Lue says expect the same players who saw time against the Pacers on Friday will play against the Pistons. That means minutes for Derrick Rose and Channing Frye, but likely no playing time for Jose Calderon or Cedi Osman.

During his pregame media availability, Lue also said it’s too be determined if Isaiah Thomas would play in back-to-back games this week. Upon his return, the team’s training staff ruled him out from back-to-backs, but per Lue, now say it depends on how he feels. The Cavs play the Pistons on Tuesday before returning home Wednesday to host the Heat.
