The Cavaliers are injury ravaged at the moment, down three starters in George Hill, Cedi Osman and Kevin Love, with backups Kyle Korver and Sam Dekker also banged up. Osman is looking to get healthy and practiced on Monday, but he’s not quite ready for game action. As a result, he won’’t play on Tuesday against the Hornets.

Osman hurt his back against the Thunder after just six minutes, and missed Saturday’s game against the Bulls with those issues continuing. The Cavaliers have a back-to-back on the book and it appears that he hasn’t yet been ruled out for Wednesday’s action. The Cavaliers are painfully short on the wing and at the backup power forward spot, so his return should be welcome.

Osman is currently averaging 11.4 points per game, five rebounds per game, and 2.5 assists per game in 2017-18 in 11 games.
