The Cavaliers, finally, are getting some good injury news.
In Tyronn Lue’s pregame availability, the Cavs coach announced that both George Hill and Kyle Korver would play Monday against the Knicks. Both will also start alongside LeBron James, Kevin Love and Jeff Green.
Jose Calderon, who missed Friday’s game against the 76ers with a sore hamstring, will also play Monday.
Hill has missed four games with a sprained ankle and was listed as questionable. Korver, who has been battling a sore foot, has played four game since returning the team after the death of his brother.
The bad news, though, is that Rodney Hood remains out with a sore Achilles. Hood, who could be the team’s starting shooting guard when the playoffs start this weekend, left the Cavs’ loss on Friday with the injury. He was considered probably for Monday’s game.
