The Cavaliers and Boston Celtics are playing in a winner-take-all Game 7 on Sunday night for a trip to the 2018 NBA Finals.
The Celtics are 10-0 in TD Garden throughout these playoffs, and the Cavs will undoubtedly need another all-time playoff performance from LeBron James in their second straight elimination game if they want to be the first team to beat Boston on their home court.
Kevin Love will not be suiting up for Game 7, as he remains in concussion protocol after colliding with Boston rookie Jayson Tatum in the first quarter of Game 6. Jeff Green will start in his place.
