With teams returning to the court just a few months after the end of last season, fans around the country are assessing if their favorite team made the necessary improvements.

There were a handful of huge names changing places during the short offseason. But according to the most recent SB Nation Reacts survey, the biggest addition to any team over the offseason was All-Star point guard Chris Paul going to the Suns, according to fans around the country.

Despite things seeming to improve, the Cavaliers still have a difficult test ahead of them this season. The Reacts power rankings, powered by fans nationally, ranked Cleveland No. 30 in the NBA. That puts the Cavaliers last in the league.
