This Friday, Andre Drummond will be playing basketball of a different kind.
Drummond, along with 15 other NBA players including DeMarcus Cousins, Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, will be playing in a ‘Players-Only’ tournament with seeding decided by their rating in the game and by how long they’ve been in the league. Drummond, the No. 6 seed, will be facing No. 11 seed DeMarcus Cousins in the first round.

The tournament will take place over the course of 10 days and air on ESPN. I have no idea if Drummond is good at 2K — Dylan Windler, for what it’s worth, is regarded as the best gamer on the team — but it’s cool that the Cavs have a representative in the tournament.
