Cavs Links

Today’s the day! The 2020 NBA Draft Lottery is tonight at 8:30 PM EST. Join Fear the Sword’s Chris Manning, Evan Dammarell, and Trevor Magnotti as they give their live reaction and analysis over on Twitch. (Click this link to follow.)

Non-Cavs Links

Jae Crowder (left ankle sprain) is questionable for Game 2 against the Pacers on Thursday.

Rajon Rondo (broken thumb) is questionable for Game 2 vs. Portland on Thursday.

Lu Dort (right knee) has been ruled out for Game 2 on Thursday against the Rockets.

Michael Porter Jr. bounced back from a lackluster Game 1 performance with 28 points, six triples, six rebounds and one block over 33 minutes in Wednesday’s Game 2 loss to Utah. Cavs fans continue to question whether or not Sexton was the right choice. (He was).

Joe Harris has left The Bubble for a non-medical matter.

An MRI revealed a left ankle Malleolar stress reaction for Zach Collins and he will be re-evaluated in one week.

For the fifth straight week, of the 341 people tested for COVID-19 in The Orlando Bubble, zero returned a positive test.

Today’s Tankathon Sim

This is it. This is the final Tankathon simulation. On Friday, we’ll be switching over to more in-depth analysis based on what pick the Cavs end up with. But, boy, what an awkward pick for the Cavs to end up with in the final simulation. In this scenario, the Hornets would go with LaMelo Ball, the Suns would take Killian Hayes, the Warriors select James Wiseman, the Knicks draft Tyrese Haliburton and that leaves the Cavs with too many options to select. In the end, they go best player available and pick the worst possible player for them in Anthony Edwards. Gulp.
