In an exhilarating contest, the Cleveland Cavaliers were able to hang with the offensively loaded Atlanta Hawks and walk away with a comeback win 96-91. Cavs rising star Collin Sexton was the best player all throughout for Cleveland - finishing the night with 27 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. With their win, Cleveland is now 4-2 as they head to Orlando, who is also 4-2, in what is shaping up to be an exciting matchup between two solid defensive squads.

How to watch:

Fox Sports Ohio, Fox Sports Go, and NBA League Pass.

Projected starters:

The Cavs have been ravaged by injuries already in this young season. Kevin Love (calf), Dylan Windler (hand), Isaac Okoro (foot) and Matthew Dellavedova (concussion) have all missed extended time for a litany of ailments. Kevin Porter Jr., meanwhile, has been and will remain away from Cleveland as he figures out his legal situation off the court. But, there is a silver lining. Okoro is likely coming back on Cleveland’s lengthy road trip and there’s a good chance he could return when the Cavs take on the Magic on Monday night. This means Dante Exum will likely return to the bench, giving a better backup to the SexLand tandem.

Cavs: Darius Garland/Collin Sexton/Isaac Okoro/Larry Nance Jr./Andre Drummond

Magic: Markele Fultz/Michael Carter-Williams, Dwayne Bacon, Aaron Gordon, Nikola Vucevic

This section will be updated as we get closer to tip-off and find out more about who is and is not available for Cleveland.

Things to watch for:

  • The Sexman cometh: As mentioned above, Collin Sexton put the Cavs on his back to help guide the Cavs to their comeback win over the Hawks. Offensively, Sexton has blossomed into Cleveland’s best players and actually is in the top ten in the league in scoring. He’ll have some tough competition in Markelle Fultz and Michael Carter-Williams defending him so look to see how Sexton responds offensively.
  • All-Star Goliaths: Manning the middle for the Magic is recurring All-Star Nikola Vucevic. He’ll present an interesting challenge for fellow All-Star Andre Drummond on both ends of the floor. On defense, Drummond will be tested both inside and out, as Vucevic is connecting on 52.0% of his field goal attempts and 48.5% from beyond the arc. Offensively, meanwhile, Drummond should get some relatively easy looks as Vucevic is one of the worse paint defenders in the NBA this season.
  • Wine and Gold Winners: The Cavs will hope to continue their winning play as they will wear their wine colored Icon Edition jerseys when they take on the Magic tonight.
