The Cleveland Cavaliers’ season is up and running, finally.

There are a lot of storylines to follow. There’s Evan Mobley’s rookie season and the Cavs getting a prospect of his caliber. There’s the third year for Darius Garland and the fourth year for Collin Sexton — massive years for both. There’s the continuing Kevin Love saga and all that comes with his continued presence on Cleveland. For night at least, there’s a starting lineup change to consider too.

We could go on, but keep an eye on these and many more. And all year, we’ll be covering the team here, over at Locked on Cavs and spending too much time thinking about a team that is at times not worth the trouble.

Still: Amid all the chaos and thrown bowls of soup, the Cavs are never not interesting. And sometimes, they are downright fun. Here’s hoping for more of the latter tonight and throughout the 2021-22 season.
