Happy Monday, everyone. Hope you did something other than watch the Cleveland Browns blow it Sunday.

The big story in the NBA right now is what going with suspended Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver. There is public and corporate pressure on him. I have have no idea how this ends.
This Chris Paul tweet also stands out to me. (As did the LeBron James ones.)
Like many others, I reviewed the report. I was and am horrified and disappointed by what I read. This conduct especially towards women is unacceptable and must never be repeated.

Paul has standing few players have. He’s a former union president. He’s one of the best players at his position ever and a future Hall of Famer. He’s one of two most important players on the Suns now, a team that made the NBA Finals two years ago. He will surely get asked out the Sarver situation on media day. Considering who Chris Paul is, he is not likely to mince his words.
I also tend to think that owners also should be held to the absolute highest standard. They are only 30 of them and should not be insulated from inappropriate behavior. Fans should be conscious of their owners and their actions and press them. Players should too, as Paul did here.
Let’s see where this Sarver story goes. It is clearly not over yet.
