Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NBA. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Cleveland Cavaliers fans and fans across the country.

In the Cavs-specific questions this week, we’ve got two questions about two people key to the Cavs’ organization. Who also happened to be signed to long-term contracts.
First, let’s get into J.B. Bickerstaff and if he should be fired if/when the Cavs lose this series. He’s unquestionably been out coached by Tom Thibodeau all series. But he’s also been a strong voice for the team and has a contract extension through the 2026-27 season.
Secondly, who is more to blame for what has happened in this series: Bickerstaff or Cavs president of basketball operations Koby Altman? Altman is signed through the 2027-28 season, by the way.
