Every Cleveland Cavaliers free agency rumor

NBA Free Agency is here. (Yes, technically it starts on July 1 at 6 p.m. EST, but we all know it really begins before that. Tampering happens!) And that means its rumor season.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will not be major players on the open market. They are not a cap space team, so big name free agents will not be available to them. What they do have is the full mid-level exception (worth just north of $12 million) to chase a free agent or two, be it Max Strus, Harrison Barnes or someone else.
